Q: How can I view the status of my order?

A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.



Q: What are your shipping costs?

A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: How long does it take to recieve my order?

A: We ship every item within 48 hours of sale, most often the same or next day. Domestic shipping is provided by UPS ground (2-6 business days). For International shipments we use United States Postal Serice Priority Mail (10 business days). We also offer 2 day and overnight services by request.



Q: How do you pack the guitars?

A: First We carefully pack the guitar into a triangle shaped box and then We repack the triangle box inside a heavy duty guitar box. Every guitar is double boxed and double packed unless a case is included. We also include shipping insurance on every shipment. We take great care in how We ship our instruments.
