Payment

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal, Apple pay, Google pay and offer financing with Shop pay. 

Sales Tax

All buyers from New York will be charged sales tax. We do not charge sales tax to any other state.

International customers are responsible for all taxes and duty fees applied by their Country payable at the time of delivery. 

 


Shipping

We ship our items world wide and take great care in how we pack our Instruments. All shipments are professionally packaged, fully insured and ship out the same or next business day. Tracking info is provided via email at the time of shipment. Most shipments will require a signature upon arrival.

Domestic: 

   Continental 48 States - Free FedEx Ground with USPS Priority & Express Mail also available.

  AK, HI, PR, GU, PO Boxes - Buyers must select USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail.

International:

   USPS Priority Mail 

 


Returns

We offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on every item sold. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, just ship it back within 30 days of purchase for exchange or refund.

Buyer assumes responsibility for all shipping costs to and from including items shipped with free shipping unless the item was not received as described.

In the rare case an item arrives damaged or not as described just contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item with proof of damage and we will pay the return shipping fees and issue a Full Refund. We do not issue partial refunds or payouts, only full refunds and returns.

Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging, packaged tight and right-side up just as it was received with proper neck and headstock support and no signs of use. Buyer is responsible for shipping insurance and any damage that may occur during return shipment regardless of who pays for return shipping.
